Learner & Business Outsourcing

As part of our offering in the provision of workplace experience to the youth, Skills Empire has partnered up with other like-minded companies who share our vision of upskilling and developing young people. We place some of our youth within these companies to receive additional workplace experience and training with the hope of a permanent placement at the end of their program. Our staffing fee is predominantly for learner management and administration. We also use this to top up the learners/interns in case they incur additional costs in the new placement.
