Our vision and drive are to implement skills development in a more impactful and scalable way. We want to create a learner journey that not only covers academic skills and work experience but also tackles emotional intelligence to provide our learners with the ability to better understand their emotions and those of the people around them. It has become more clear in the past 2 years with the current pandemic that it’s no longer a luxury to develop EQ but a survival necessity.
