Compliant completion and submission of your mandatory grant application, including:

➔ Annual Training Report
Assistance with and advice on your training record-keeping system to ensure the accuracy of learner information (if necessary). Assistance with the sourcing of SETA-accredited training providers throughout the year for your training needs.
Assistance with Discretionary Grant application (additional ad-hoc hourly rate will be applied)

This package includes the following in adherence to the EE Act:
The design and updating of the company’s Employment Equity Plan Compiling and submitting the Employment Equity report annually Setting up and advising the Employment Equity Committee Training of the Employment Equity Committee (once off training) Review and monitoring of the company’s EE goals.
